Many of my clients come to me feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, and disconnected from the version of motherhood they had envisioned. They are high-achieving, deeply caring women who expected this phase of life to bring joy, but instead, they find themselves battling anxiety, self-doubt, and resentment.
They may feel unheard, unsupported, or stuck in patterns shaped by their own childhood experiences.
Whether they are struggling with perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, burnout, or unresolved emotional wounds, they long to feel more present, confident, and at peace in their roles as both mothers and individuals.
Through a tailored approach I help my clients reconnect with themselves, make sense of their emotions, and rewrite the narratives that are holding them back. Together, we work toward feeling less guilt and more self-compassion, setting boundaries without shame, and creating relationships that feel safe and fulfilling.
My goal is to provide a space where they can process their struggles, regain their sense of self, and step into motherhood with clarity and confidence.
I know. I'm here. I can help.
If you’re feeling hesitant about starting therapy, you’re not alone. Many of my clients worry they won’t know what to say or fear they’ll “cry the whole time.” But here’s the thing—therapy is the perfect place for all of it.
Whether you come in feeling overwhelmed, numb, or unsure where to start, our first sessions will be about slowing down and making space for whatever is coming up for you.
You don’t need to have everything figured out; you just need to show up as you are.
In our work together, you can expect a thoughtful, grounded space where we untangle the emotions, expectations, and stories that feel heavy. I’ll help you notice the parts of yourself that feel anxious, critical, or stuck and gently explore what they need. Some days, that might mean that we address something that has been on your mind. But for those days that we meet and everything feels so overwhelming and you aren't sure where to start, I will lead and get us started on finding practical strategies to get you to where you want to be.
No matter what, you can expect therapy to be a space where your feelings are valid, where you don’t have to hold everything together, so that you can start to see yourself with more compassion.
