About Rheanna and her experience
I have worked in the mental health field for over twenty years, in a variety of roles. From case management, clinical liaison, case management supervisor, assistant to psychiatrists and more. In my past experience working in both outpatient and inpatient settings as well as community mental health, I have I have come into many circumstances that have helped me uniquely learn about best practices. In each role, I've been able to create training and professional development programs, improve policies and procedures, and manage both small and large teams of clinicians.
As a Licensed Professional Counselor, and board approved clinical supervisor I am passionate about maintaining the highest standards in evidence-based practices
